Meet the Team
We're Exceed Interpreting — two nationally certified ASL interpreters and a trusted network of practitioners we've built relationships with over the years. Together, we bring American Sign Language interpretation and translation to the people, organizations, and moments that need it.
We're based north of Dallas, Texas; though the work has taken us across the country and around the world — both in person and on screen. Wherever you are, and whatever the setting, we'd love to show up for it.
Jaime Harrell-Bilancione
Co-Founder & Interpreter
Jaime brings 21+ years of interpreting experience and has been nationally certified (NIC-Adv.) for more than 15 of them. Earlier in her career, she served bi-vocationally in a Deaf church — an experience that still shapes how she works today, and the connection she brings to every space.
Armondo J.C. Bilancione
Co-Founder & Interpreter
Armondo brings 20+ years of interpreting, most of it as a nationally certified interpreter (NIC-Adv.). He holds degrees in ASL interpreting (NTID) and Information Technology (RIT) — a combination that shapes both his work in the booth and how he thinks about accessibility.
